All Regulations Enforced - Training Requirement Postponment Period Now Over
The EPA RRP Rule became effective April 22, 2010. In june 2010, the EPA offered postponement of enforcement actions for the delay in RRP certification training for workers if enrolled in training no later than September 30, 2010 - to be completed by year end.
